The Missouri Experience begins!
The Lord directs Joseph Smith to go to Missouri, and to take others along with him. The Lord reveals to Joseph that a temple will be built, and He will gather His people to this place. Those that traveled with Joseph are given specific assignments to help establish Zion in Missouri.
