I’ll take you from the First Vision to Carthage Jail in one hour, giving you the chance to see all of Church History in chronological order. I’ll tell the history of the Church in a story-like fashion to keep things entertaining, but to allow you to see how the events of the Restoration fit together.
The story of Artemis Millet is one of the coolest stories in all of Church history. Building the Kirtland Temple would take many miracles. The first miracle was getting Artemis Millet to Kirtland. Each of the characters in this story demonstrate perfect faith, obedience, and trust in the Lord to make an impossible task possible.
Solomon Chamberlain was one of the first to gather Israel. In fact, he started preaching the gospel before the gospel had been fully restored. With only the first 64 pages of the Book of Mormon in hand, Solomon preached that a Restoration was beginning to take place.
