D&C 27-28: Beyond Come Follow Me

This week in Beyond Come Follow Me, I tell the historical stories surrounding Doctrine and Covenants 27-28. Here, we learn about the sacrament and the great sacrament meeting to take place at Adam-ondi-Ahman as part of the Lord’s Second Coming. Also, Hiram Page learns an important lesson that is relevant to us today. And an interesting story about Joseph Smith Sr 30 day stay in jail.

D&C 23-26: Beyond Come Follow Me

The Church was only a few months old, but Joseph and Emma had already suffered great trials and hardships. The Lord, in His mercy, provided revelations of instruction, comfort, and promised blessings just when they needed them the most. This week, I share the stories surrounding these revelations being received, plus, I will share several stories about Emma Smith which certainly illustrate why the Lord called her “an elect lady”.
